Cobie Smulders is about to appear her first significant feature film role as Agent Maria Hill in Joss Whedon's 2012 comic adaptation of The Avengers.Smulder's reportedly had screen tests with Samuel L. Jackson last week and Marvel confirmed yesterday that she will be playing Nick Fury's sidekick in The Avengers and maybe tie-in
